Stephen is the founder, and owner/operator of No Place Like Home, PCA Services. He's been working as a private in-home caregiver for the past 5+ years. Stephen is the founder, and owner/operator of No Place Like Home, PCA Services. He's been working as a private in-home caregiver for the past 5+ years. With a degree in Exercise Physiology from Gustavus Adolphus College, he was a personal trainer / strength coach for 12 years; the last four of which, ran the strength and conditioning department for Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO).
He has worked with a variety of individuals over the past 5 years; specializing in care for clients with: Parkinson's Disease, Lewy Body Dementia, Stroke, Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia. Although his specialty may lie with the aforementioned ailments, due to his time spent working alongside the physical therapy department at TCO, he's more than comfortable working with client's with any movement disorder.

She has been enthralled in learning and understanding how she can incorporate how certain types of food interact with our bodies, more importantly, our recovery process. Nutrition can be one of our biggest allies when it comes to recovery wellness and overall health. She wants to educate others and raise awareness about being more mindful of foods and how they readily impact our recovery and daily lives.
